Kyle Branch is a Transformational Operations executive, leader, and strategist with a wealth of experience delivering optimal outcomes and business value in high-growth environments across multiple industries including welfare, healthcare, and the nonprofit sector. Mr. Branch’s work in the nonprofit social sector crosses multiple disciplines, including business operations, program design and implementation, project management, training and development, grant writing and administration, and event management. He has extensive experience in creating effective service networks through community outreach and multi-faceted marketing strategies.
Mr. Branch currently works as the Senior Director of Business Services at the Urban Affairs Coalition (UAC). This position contributes to UAC’s overall mission by ensuring UAC’s service excellence and providing the following: strategic leadership, operational oversight, and financial management for key administrative departments like facilities, events, and Information and Technology, focusing on long-term planning, process improvement, budget management, staff development, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, Mr. Branch often acts as a liaison and works collaboratively with the Senior Vice President of Business Services on matters which may affect the short or long-term success of all UAC affiliated program partners by overseeing, strengthening, and enhancing business operations and risk management efforts.
Mr. Branch has 20 years of management experience, including serving as Director of Business Operations at Simplex Health, Director of Operations at Spectrum Health Services and Senior Manager of Program Initiatives at the 76ers. He has a proven track record of creating innovative revenue-generating strategies such as increasing the net collection rate by 40% at Simplex health and raising $1.2 million in revenue at the Sixers Youth Foundation gala. Mr. Branch’s trainings and certifications include: Adult Mental Health First Aid USA, PA Department of Labor Workplace Safety Committee, Athena (Electronic Medical Records), Respect in the Workplace Training (sensitivity & anti-harassment), Sensory Inclusive Training, Trauma-Sensitive Program Design, and Cyber Awareness Training.
When Mr. Branch is not working, he enjoys arts and culture, traveling to new places, playing tennis, watching sports, bowling, and cooking for family and friends. He often participates in walks for causes and community events that raise awareness and create social change for underserved and underrepresented people.
Mr. Branch has earned a Master of Arts Degree in Professional and Business Communication from La Salle University with a concentration in Communication Consulting and Business Development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Temple University in Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice.
