UAC offers two fiscal sponsorship models, giving organizations different levels of administrative and financial support based on their structure, funding, and operational needs.

Comprehensive Fiscal Sponsorship | Model A

For programs that want the benefits and infrastructure of operating within an established nonprofit organization.

Program leaders remain focused on their mission, programs, fundraising, and community while UAC provides the nonprofit structure and core administrative infrastructure—including financial management, grants administration, human resources, payroll and benefits, compliance, insurance, and other operational support.

Collaborative Fiscal Sponsorship / Trusted Payment Vendor | Model C

For established organizations that have their own organizational structure but need a trusted partner to administer funding for a specific program, project, or initiative.

The organization continues to manage its operations and programs while UAC receives and administers approved funds and provides the financial management, reporting, and compliance required by the funding arrangement.
