MISSION
The Summer Youth Employment Program gives young people the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while exploring career paths. During the summer, participants are placed with local businesses, organizations, and community partners where they can apply their talents, learn new skills, and build lasting connections with mentors. This program focuses on preparing youth for future success by blending real-world experience with professional development. Participants strengthen their understanding of workplace expectations, discover their strengths, and begin to envision the possibilities ahead.
Spark Youth Engagement is an initiative that helps young people gain the essential soft skills they need to succeed in school, the workplace, and beyond. Running concurrently with the academic school year, the program provides consistent learning and growth opportunities that support students both inside and outside the classroom.
