For 57 years, UAC has brought people, organizations, and resources together to strengthen communities, expand opportunities, and create lasting impact across Philadelphia. Today, through more than 50 program partners and initiatives, our work reaches over 250,000 individuals annually.

Our Anniversary Breakfast is a celebration of that collective impact and the partnerships that make it possible. This year, we look forward to bringing together nearly 1,000 leaders, changemakers, and community partners from across business, government, philanthropy, and the nonprofit sector for a morning of connection, inspiration, and celebration.

We hope you’ll join us as we celebrate our remarkable 2026 honorees, reflect on 57 years of UAC’s impact, and look ahead to the opportunities we can create together for Philadelphia’s future.
