To support first-generation and/or low-income (FGLI) college students to achieve their academic and career aspirations through empowering mentorship, professional development, networking, and leadership opportunities.

We deliver programs and host networking events that connect first-generation and/or low-income college students with peers and professional mentors to help them succeed in college and career and collaborate with employers to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.
