Position Summary
Chester Community Coalition (CCC), a project of Urban Affairs Coalition, works to heal the psychological impact of homicide and assault and reduce trauma-related reactive violence in the City of Chester. The Director of Development works with CCC’s Advisory Board and Development Committee to plan, organize, and implement CCC’s fundraising, including grant-writing, annual fund, special events, donor engagement, and public relations, including social media and quarterly newsletter. The Director of Development reports to the Executive Director and works closely with the Development Committee and Advisory Board in all development and fundraising endeavors.
