As Market President of Keystone First, a member of the AmeriHealth Caritas family of companies, Joanne oversees the strategic direction, growth and leadership of Keystone First, including the daily operations of Medical Affairs, Network Operations, Information Services, Marketing, Regulatory and Legislative Affairs. She has more than 20 years of experience in the health care, information technology and financial industries.

James J. Mergiotti

President & CEO

Peirce College

James Mergiotti has been a member of the UAC Board of Directors since 2012, serving in various leadership positions including Co-Chair of the Governance Committee and member of the Executive Committee. Jim is also a member of the Coalition's Strategic Planning Committee and has been instrumental in overseeing the development and implementation of UAC's current strategic plan. UAC’s Board of Directors is comprised of a diverse group of business, nonprofit and community leaders who work in partnership with the Coalition’s team of managers and more than 350 employees to help families reduce poverty and reach the middle class. The industries and skill sets represented by UAC's board have been critical to the success and progression of the Coalition over its 47 year history.
