Position Details
Position Summary: 

Under limited supervision, the Facilities Coordinator will provide facilities administration support in the management of ARC properties, facilities, vendor contracts, specialized systems, and security functions.

Specific Job Duties: will serve as right-hand person to the Supervisor, stepping up as needed; manage the facilities work order system to prioritize facilities work, to include managing the database and communicating with Facilities staff (will manage up to 120 work orders per week); payment of invoices; put vendor contracts out for bid; manage basic fleet maintenance service.

Hours: 
This is a full-time, non-union position, working M-F, first shift. Position does not include on-call responsibilities.
