Position Summary: 
We are currently seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the administrative and scheduling needs of the President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer, and to assure the efficient operation of these offices. High level scheduling with a complex array of public and private leaders and other key stakeholders is the core function of this position.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: 
Essential Duties & Responsibilities 1) Scheduling and Calendar Management of internal and external meetings, including but not limited to, Committee Meetings, External Board Meetings, Conferences (along with travel) as well as special meetings with the Chamber’s Chairman of the Board. 2) Work closely with the appropriate Chamber staff and/or event sponsors to adequately prepare the President for speaking engagements, interviews, programs/events and other activities. 3) Assist with the preparation and review of the Chairman’s Listing of Events 4) Prepare correspondence on behalf of the President 5) Assist with the preparation of quarterly PA Lobbyist time/expense report 6) Maintain confidential files 7) Prepare Mid-Year and Annual Review Documentation for President & CEO 8) Organize CEO Special Events and Member Visits/Tours 9) Work as a team with an administrative assistant that supports the same executives with an opportunity for supervisory responsibilities.
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
Job Specifications & Requirements  Bachelor’s degree preferred.  Minimum of five years serving as an assistant to a C-level executive.  Ability to communicate effectively on behalf of the President and the Chief Operating Officer with a diverse constituency.  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.  High work ethic; approaches work with a sense of purpose and urgency.  Organized and detail-oriented.  Professional written and verbal communication skills.  Good sense of judgment and ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.  Proficiency with MS Office products and excellent internet research skills.  Knowledge of the region’s business leaders, legislative leaders (at the local, state and federal level), community and academic leaders is helpful.
