Program Summary: 
The Divisional Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management, operational, and administrative duties of a division that is comprised of various behavioral health service delivery areas. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to management of payroll, credit card approval, personnel files, new hire process and orientation, data tracking systems, compliance with electronic health records, as well as coordination of special projects. The Coordinator will also serve as liaison between the Philadelphia Division team members, programs and shared services.
Position Summary: 
The duties of this position require knowledge of behavioral health service delivery industry including but not limited to children services, supportive housing and mobile services. Using effective communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, the Divisional Administration Coordinator provides accurate information and data for informed decision-making. The incumbent must be able to understand and represent the position and priorities of the EVP and divisional team members
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
Job Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: • Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required • Valid Driver's License • Ability to manage multiple projects, while maintaining high level of quality and attention to detail • Excellent customer service skills • Advanced knowledge of Technology • Excellent oral, written, verbal and analytical skills • Proven ability to: o Work as an effective team member with all levels of the organization, o Use and interpret complex data to accurately advise and inform decision makers, o Demonstrate initiative and creativity in solving problems, and, o Demonstrate strong relationship-building, organizational, and planning skills. o Current knowledge and understanding of human resource policies, procedures, behavioral health licensing and compliance policies and procedures, and administrative information systems used in the operation of a large organization
