Community Sales/Manager

This role is responsible for the overall strategy and management of Offsite at Fitler Club, including member experience, sales and operational excellence. As the face of Offsite at Fitler Club, this role will oversee all aspects of the coworking space from occupancy, move-ins, member programing and service offerings. This role will work closely with the operations manager, event sales manager, finance and IT.

Position Summary: 
  • Oversees all member services and programming; including developing relationships with all members and identifying existing or new services for desired needs
  • Maintain 80-100% occupancy through sales and churn goals via robust pipeline management, outreach, follow ups and new member tours
  • Identify, plan & create member programming and events based on member needs and realized connection points between members
  • Promote Offsite & Fitler Club’s service offerings (events, speaker series, catering, etc.)
  • Manage coworking space KPIs
  • Monitor all Offsite contractual agreements and assure that all commitments are fulfilled
  • Develop and implement process and standards for the daily management of Offsite
  • Maintain an effective database of client contact information along with updating all pertinent member details
  • Develop and maintain rapport with Fitler Club partners, vendors and outside partners
  • Work closely with the Catering Manager and Banquet team to coordinate all Offsite events
  • Partner with key management throughout Fitler Club to ensure that all shared services are maintained
  • Participate in regularly scheduled team meetings
  • Participate as an active member of local networking organizations to enhance business opportunities and personal development
  • Develop/maintain knowledge of market trends, competition and customers
Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 2-5+ years’ experience in sales, program management, hospitality, business operations or related customer service experience
  • Relationship management and networking skills with an eye for details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage stakeholders/vendors
  • Passion for helping people and businesses succeed in their work environment
