with Peter York

Tuesday, March 18, 2014

12pm to 1:30pm

Please register by March 13, 2014

Peter York, CEO ofAlgorhythm and former Senior Partner at TCC Group, has spent the past 15 years researching nonprofit effectiveness and evaluating the outcomes of grant-funded capacity building investments and initiatives. He has conducted studies and published findings on what it takes for nonprofits to sustain and grow, including a recent collaborative study – funded by Grantmakers for Effective Organizations - on the factors that lead to the “scaling” of impact. He will share key lessons on what it means to achieve “reasonable” growth, as well as how “positive deviant” organizations – those who achieve success at the highest levels – do it. This discussion will specifically highlight the need for effective leadership, revenue generation models, research and development efforts,  and performance management practices. You don’t want to miss this one! Space is limited!
